Traveling offers us new perspectives: on our lives, on our daily lives and on ourselves. We sometimes forget what is essential. Often, during my travels, I noticed that those who had nothing materially were those willing to offer the most.
Traveling alone allows for introspection, study but also allows you to reach out to others more easily. In the age of artificial intelligence, I like contact with others without technology. What a pleasure to see faces light up when you try to jabber in their language. Learning a language also means discovering another culture. Trying to practice it is showing respect. I often say this to my travelers, when we travel we are a bit of an ambassador for our country.
It is good to travel to meet new people but also to experience unforgettable moments with loved ones. Recently, I crossed part of Patagonia on horseback with my children. We will always remember our adventures with Sarko, Polenta & Gringa.
